Pe\u015f pe\u015fe \u00e7\u0131kan kitaplarla Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 zor bir h\u00e2l alan pek \u00e7ok eseri yeniden ilgililere sunulur. 2000\u2019de K\u0131r\u0131m\u2019la ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar bir araya getirilir. 2005\u2019te ise yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f ve yay\u0131mlanmam\u0131\u015f \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan bir se\u00e7me haz\u0131rlan\u0131r. 2008\u2019de mektuplar, ayr\u0131ca kapsaml\u0131 bir biyografi yay\u0131mlan\u0131r. 2012 tarihli son b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ise esasen Rus T\u00fcrkl\u00fck biliminin kurulu\u015f safhas\u0131 tarihine odaklan\u0131r ancak burada Samoylovi\u00e7 merkez\u00ee simalardan biri olarak yine \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar. Son \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n arkas\u0131ndaki isim ise Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019le ilgili \u00e7ok say\u0131da makaleye de imza atan G. F. Blagova\u2019d\u0131r. Bu isim sayesinde 1970\u2019lerde, Sovyetskaya Tyurkologiya<\/em> 1973 y\u0131l\u0131 5. say\u0131 ve Tyurkologi\u00e7eskiy Sbornik<\/em> 1974 cildi ile ba\u015flayan ancak daha sonra kesintiye u\u011frayan Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in T\u00fcrkl\u00fck bilimine hizmetlerini tespit etme \u00e7abas\u0131 belli bir oranda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f olur. Ancak Blagova\u2019n\u0131n dilci ve \u00f6zellikle de Orta Asya T\u00fcrk dilleri \u00fczerine odaklan\u0131yor olu\u015fu, Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019le ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n da bu eksende ilerlemesine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f ve onun \u00f6zellikle de halk bilimi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 biraz ihmal edilmi\u015ftir. Son y\u0131llardaki Rus\u00e7a yay\u0131nlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n alandaki bu eksikli\u011fi gidermeye y\u00f6nelik oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu yay\u0131nlarda ula\u015f\u0131lan sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n geli\u015fmesine hizmet etmesi kuvvetle muhtemeldir. Zira Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in halk bilimi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemle durulan bir konudur (Kalendero\u011flu, 2010; \u015eahin, 2011). Bu makalede Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019le ilgili Rus\u00e7adaki son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n durumu hakk\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lara bilgi sunmak ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Makalenin \u00f6nemi iki farkl\u0131 dilde, \u00f6zelde bir bilgin, genelde ise Rus T\u00fcrkl\u00fck bilimiyle alakal\u0131 literat\u00fcr aras\u0131nda bir ba\u011f kuruyor olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y\u00f6ntem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tablo 1\u2019de belirtildi\u011fi \u00fczere gerek Sovyet gerekse de Sovyet sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019le ilgili \u00e7ok say\u0131da kapsaml\u0131 ve \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortaya konur. Bunlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 Karaca (2022) taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilir. Ancak burada son y\u0131llardaki, \u00f6zellikle de 2022\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan baz\u0131 makaleler \u00fczerinde durulmaz. \u0130\u015fte bu eksikli\u011fin giderilmesi i\u00e7in literat\u00fcr de\u011ferlendirmesi mant\u0131\u011f\u0131na uygun olarak zaman bak\u0131m\u0131ndan bir s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmaya gidildi. Yay\u0131nlar\u0131n s\u0131kla\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 son 5 y\u0131l\u0131n konuyla ilgili ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n genel durumunu anlamaya hizmet edece\u011fi kabul edildi. Samoylovi\u00e7 \u00fczerine 2013-2017\u2019de toplam 5 makale yay\u0131mlan\u0131rken 2018- 2022 d\u00f6neminde yaln\u0131zca Rus\u00e7a 11 makale yay\u0131mlan\u0131r (Tablo 2). Tahlil edilen 11 makalenin hepsi a\u011f ortam\u0131nda eri\u015fime a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde Rusya\u2019da do\u011frudan Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019le ilgili herhangi bir kitap \u00e7\u0131kmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Makalelerin hangi alan kapsam\u0131nda haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmek konular\u0131na bakarak zor olsa da ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri bu konuda bir fikir vermektedir (Tablo 3). 11 makaleyi yazan 8 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131n\u0131n 4\u2019\u00fc filoloji ve 4\u2019\u00fc tarih b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcndendir. Filoloji alan\u0131ndan 1 makaleyi s\u00f6z varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (Bogdanova, 2022), 2 makaleyi T\u00fcrkl\u00fck bilimi tarihi (Memetov, 2019; Soyegov, 2020) ve 4 makaleyi de genel olarak halk bilimi (Egamberdiyeva, 2020, 2021, 2021; Soyegov, 2021) ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde de\u011ferlendirmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Tarih b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 3 makaleyi halk bilimi alan\u0131na katk\u0131 sunan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar olarak saymak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr (\u0130hsanov, 2018, 2022; Pri\u015fepova, 2020). Tarih alan\u0131ndan 1 makale ise siyasi tarihle ili\u015fkilendirilebilir (Zaytsev ve Kotyukova, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130ncelenen makaleler \u00fczerine bir de\u011ferlendirme yapabilmek i\u00e7in makalelerin metin k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 \u015fu gibi y\u00f6nlerden tahlil edilmi\u015ftir: Ama\u00e7 (problem), \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fck, sonu\u00e7lar. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda kaynaklarla ilgili olarak at\u0131f yap\u0131lan kaynak say\u0131s\u0131, belli ba\u015fl\u0131 kaynaklara at\u0131f (Tablo 1) ve ayn\u0131 konuyla ilgili kaynaklara at\u0131f da dikkate al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tablo 1\u2019deki eserlerin, temel kaynak olarak k\u0131stas kabul edilmesinde birka\u00e7 etken rol oynar. \u0130lkin bunlar dergi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ya da kitap olmalar\u0131yla genellikle m\u00fcstakil de\u011fil, m\u00fc\u015fterek bir \u00e7aban\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u0130kinci olarak bunlar alan\u0131n ilk kaynaklar\u0131 olmalar\u0131yla temel bilgilerin verildi\u011fi eserler olmu\u015flar ve sonraki ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar i\u00e7in bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 te\u015fkil etmi\u015flerdir. Son olarak \u00f6zellikle se\u00e7me eser yay\u0131nlar\u0131nda, kapsaml\u0131 giri\u015f makaleleri bulunmaktad\u0131r ve bunlar o zamana kadarki bulgular\u0131 ve tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 doyurucu bi\u00e7imde ortaya koyar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her ne kadar bu makalenin \u00e7er\u00e7evesi Rus\u00e7a yay\u0131nlarla s\u0131n\u0131rlansa da \u0130hsanov\u2019un \u0130ngilizce bir makalesinde ula\u015f\u0131lan sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n buraya al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u015fart olmu\u015ftur (Ikhsanov, 2022). Son y\u0131llardaki yay\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli mevzular\u0131ndan biri foto\u011fraflard\u0131r ve bu makale kayda de\u011fer bilgi ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler sunarak bu konudaki makaleler aras\u0131nda ay\u0131rt edici bir konuma ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130stisnai bu makalenin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7izilen \u00e7er\u00e7evenin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bulgular ve Tart\u0131\u015fma<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Makalelerden 6\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n alana sundu\u011fu katk\u0131 \u00e7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r (Bogdanova, 2022; Egamberdiyeva, 2021a, 2021b, 2022; Memetov, 2019; Soyegov, 2020). Kaynak say\u0131lar\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcyle bunlar\u0131n hepsi 10\u2019un alt\u0131nda kal\u0131r ve temel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara (Tablo 1) at\u0131f say\u0131s\u0131 toplam 2\u2019dir. Sayfa say\u0131lar\u0131 3-9 aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bogdanova (2022), Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in iki makalesine dayanarak kad\u0131n dilindeki yasakl\u0131 kelimelerle ilgili tespitlerini \u00f6zetlemektedir. Ama\u00e7 ve sonu\u00e7 c\u00fcmleleri i\u00e7ermeyen, ayr\u0131ca yaln\u0131zca tek bir kayna\u011fa at\u0131f yap\u0131lan makalenin \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Egamberdiyeva (2021a, 2021b, 2022), makalelerinde Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in Hive ve Harezm\u2019deki halk edebiyat\u0131 derlemelerini konu edinmektedir. Makalelerden biri Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in Hive\u2019de derledi\u011fi iki masal \u00fczerinedir (Egamberdiyeva, 2021b). Burada masallar\u0131n \u00f6zeti verilir ve tip, motif ve epizotlarla ilgili k\u0131saca mukayeseli de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131l\u0131r. A\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmese de makalenin amac\u0131n\u0131n Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in \u00d6zbek halk edebiyat\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymak ve iki masalla ilgili tip, motif ve epizotlar \u00fczerine baz\u0131 tespitlerde bulunmak oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6b\u00fcr iki makalede ise Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in Hive seyahati ve burada derledi\u011fi \u201cHarezm-name\u201d adl\u0131 \u015fiir \u00fczerinde durulur ancak bunlarda yer yer ayn\u0131 c\u00fcmleler, hatta paragraflar tekrarlan\u0131r (Egamberdiyeva 2021a, 2022). Ayn\u0131 \u015fiirle ilgili daha \u00f6nceki bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya, Halliyeva\u2019n\u0131n (2014) makalesine at\u0131f yap\u0131lmaz. A\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ifade edilmese de makalelerin amac\u0131, Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in \u00d6zbek halk edebiyat\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymak ve \u015fiirdeki birka\u00e7 kelime \u00fczerine yeni terc\u00fcme teklifleri yapmakt\u0131r. Genel olarak de\u011ferlendirmek gerekirse ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 makalesiyle \u00d6zbek halk edebiyat\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n 1900\u2019lerin ba\u015f\u0131na uzanan bir mazisi oldu\u011funu ve bu sahan\u0131n ilk ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lardan birinin Samoylovi\u00e7 oldu\u011funu vurgulamaktad\u0131r (Egamberdiyeva 2022: 124, 131). Ancak Egamberdiyeva makalelerinde Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in ba\u015fka masal ve \u015fiir yay\u0131nlar\u0131na hi\u00e7 de\u011finmemekte ve b\u00f6ylelikle bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131y\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcnden koparm\u0131\u015f ve belli bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma alan\u0131yla, \u00d6zbek ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131yla \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirmi\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. Ancak \u00f6zette Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi ve Tatar dil bilgisi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na katk\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fczerinde durulaca\u011f\u0131 belirtilse de makale A\u015fnin\u2019in (1978) Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in meslek hayat\u0131n\u0131 ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n baz\u0131 paragraflar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p harfiyen tekrarlanmas\u0131ndan ibarettir. Makalede herhangi bir problem-\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm ili\u015fkisi belirtilmez. \u00d6zette Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in 400 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndan 40\u2019\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkmenlerle ilgili oldu\u011fu vurgulan\u0131r ve i\u00e7erikte de T\u00fcrkmen ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na katk\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fczerinde k\u0131saca durulur. Buna bakarak makalenin amac\u0131n\u0131n Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in T\u00fcrkmen ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na katk\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fczerinde durmak oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 konuyla ilgili literat\u00fcr\u00fc tespit etmek ve kendi makalesiyle bunlar aras\u0131nda bir ba\u011f kurmak gayesi g\u00fctmez. Buradaki temel gaye, T\u00fcrkmen mill\u00ee kimli\u011fi olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 e\u011filimine uygun surette (Duymaz, 2015; \u015eahin, 2015), T\u00fcrkmen ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 eskiye dayand\u0131rmak, ayr\u0131ca bu sahadaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tarihe ge\u00e7en ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulamakt\u0131r. Daha yukar\u0131da de\u011finildi\u011fi \u00fczere benzer bir gaye ve vurgu, Egamberdiyeva\u2019n\u0131n makalelerinde ancak bu kez \u00d6zbek mill\u00ee kimli\u011fi ba\u011flam\u0131nda s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geriye kalan 5 makalenin ise alandaki problemlerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne az ya da \u00e7ok bir katk\u0131 verdi\u011fi, ayr\u0131ca konular\u0131 itibar\u0131yla birbirleriyle ili\u015fkili olduklar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir (\u0130hsanov, 2018, 2022; Pri\u015fepova, 2020; Soyegov, 2021; Zaytsev ve Kotyukova, 2020). Bunlar\u0131n kaynak, ayr\u0131ca sayfa say\u0131s\u0131 ilk gruptakilere nazaran bariz bir \u015fekilde fazlad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle \u0130hsanov (2018, 2022) toplamda 36, Zaytsev ve Kotyukova (2020) ise 31 kaynak kullanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Soyegov\u2019un (2021) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 hari\u00e7, \u00f6b\u00fcr 4 makalenin her birinde temel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara (Tablo 1) at\u0131f yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve bu say\u0131 toplamda 8\u2019dir. Bu say\u0131n\u0131n 5\u2019i \u0130hsanov\u2019un iki makalesinden gelmektedir ve b\u00f6ylelikle bu ismi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 temel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla en \u00e7ok ili\u015fkilendiren ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 olarak kabul etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaktad\u0131r. Mektuplar; belli bir ki\u015fi, kurulu\u015f veya ara\u015ft\u0131rma alan\u0131yla ilgili, makale ve kitaplarda bulunamayan bilgileri ihtiva etmeleriyle \u00f6nemli bir kaynak olabilmektedir. Ancak mektuplar bilgi kayna\u011f\u0131 olman\u0131n yan\u0131nda farkl\u0131 zihniyetlerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma ve etkile\u015fim zemini de olabilmektedir. S\u00f6z gelimi 1900\u2019lerin ba\u015f\u0131nda, iki Rus bilginin mektupla\u015fmas\u0131 ile bir Rus ve bir T\u00fcrk bilgin aras\u0131ndaki mektupla\u015fma ayn\u0131 \u00f6zelliklere sahip de\u011fildir. Ancak mektuplar\u0131n Oryantalizm tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ise yak\u0131n bir tarihte haz\u0131rlan\u0131r (\u0130hsanov, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in mektupla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 tam metin h\u00e2linde (Blagova, 2008; Ko\u0144czak, 2022), bir k\u0131sm\u0131 da kesitler h\u00e2linde yay\u0131mlan\u0131r (Baskakov, 1973). Mektuplardan hareketle Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in biyografisini tamamlayan bilgiler ortaya konulur (Blagova, 2008), ayr\u0131ca T\u00fcrkl\u00fck bilimi tarihiyle ilgili baz\u0131 ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar da a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r (Karaca, 2022). Ancak mektuplar\u0131n Oryantalizm tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ise yak\u0131n bir tarihte haz\u0131rlan\u0131r (\u0130hsanov, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samoylovi\u00e7 saha ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131nda, o b\u00f6lgenin ileri gelenleriyle, \u00f6zellikle de tahsilli kesimiyle tan\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve \u00f6nce onlardan y\u00fcz y\u00fcze, daha sonra da mektup yoluyla bilgi almaya ba\u015flar. B\u00f6ylelikle farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerden ara\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 konularla ilgili bilgi ve malzeme temini konusunda deyim yerindeyse bir a\u011f olu\u015fturur. \u00d6zellikle T\u00fcrkmenistan\u2019dan Hocal\u0131 Molla, K\u0131r\u0131m\u2019dan Yahya Bayburtlu ile mektupla\u015fmalar, bu b\u00f6lgelerin edebiyat\u0131 \u00fczerine kayda de\u011fer miktarda bilgi edinilmesine hizmet eder (\u015eahin, 2011; Karaca, 2022, s. 374). Ancak bu mektupla\u015fmalar veya genel anlamda muhabere, yaln\u0131zca bilgi birikimine hizmet etmez, ayn\u0131 zamanda bilgi birikimi s\u00fcreci ve farkl\u0131 zihniyetlerin \u015fekillenmesini de sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130hsanov\u2019un \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndan baz\u0131 tespitleri vurgulamak gerekirse 1900\u2019lere kadar Avrupal\u0131 veya Rus bilginler, ilgilendikleri Do\u011fu co\u011frafyas\u0131ndaki kaynak ki\u015fi veya muhabirlere ve onlar\u0131n aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgiye tam olarak g\u00fcvenmemektedirler (\u0130hsanov, 2022, s. 262). Ancak 1900\u2019lere gelindi\u011finde Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in de aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu yeni nesil bilginlerin g\u00f6z\u00fcnde bu ki\u015filer, g\u00fcvenilmez bir kaynak de\u011fil, bilgiye ula\u015fma ve onu tahlil etmede bir yard\u0131mc\u0131 vasf\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maya ba\u015flar (s. 266-267). Bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya konu edilen halktan ki\u015filer, bilgi \u00fcretimi s\u00fcrecinin edilgen bir par\u00e7as\u0131 de\u011fil, faal bir akt\u00f6r\u00fc olma konumuna ula\u015f\u0131r. Ancak Bat\u0131l\u0131 bilginlerin o sahan\u0131n otoritesi olarak kabul edildikleri ve bilginin i\u015flenmesinde onlar\u0131n sahip oldu\u011fu y\u00f6ntem bilgisine ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi hen\u00fcz ortadan kalkmaz. Bundan ba\u015fka, Rus bilginler \u00f6zelinde s\u00f6ylemek gerekirse h\u00fckmeden tarafta yer almalar\u0131, onlar\u0131n otoritelerini daha da art\u0131r\u0131r. Bu bilginler saha ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na bir kurulu\u015fun maddi deste\u011fiyle \u00e7\u0131kmakta, imparatorlu\u011fun bir temsilcisi olarak mahall\u00ee idarenin yard\u0131m ve korumas\u0131n\u0131 elde etmektedirler. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n yay\u0131mlanaca\u011f\u0131 dergiler veya kitaplar da yine devletin geni\u015f imk\u00e2nlar\u0131yla bas\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrk ayd\u0131nlar Rus bilginlerin bu imk\u00e2nlar\u0131ndan haberdard\u0131rlar ve bazen bunlardan yararlanmak isterler. Hocal\u0131 Molla, Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019ten O\u011fuzname<\/em>\u2019yi bast\u0131rmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde bir n\u00fcshay\u0131 da kendisine g\u00f6ndermesini rica eder (s. 275). Bir ba\u015fka \u00f6rnek ise merkez\u00ee otoriteye yak\u0131n olman\u0131n farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelere gidip gelebilmeyi veya oradaki yay\u0131nlar\u0131 temin etmeyi kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131yla ilgilidir. \u00d6zbek \u015fairi \u00c7olpan, meslek hayat\u0131 boyunca merkezdeki isimlerden biri olan Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019ten kendisine \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f T\u00fcrkiye \u015fiirini temsil eden bir eser temin etmesini ister (s. 277).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00fcven, muhabere s\u00fcrecini \u015fekillendiren etkenlerden biridir. Daha \u00f6nce Do\u011fu co\u011frafyas\u0131ndaki kayna\u011fa ve aktard\u0131klar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015f\u00fcphe duyulurken ilerleyen zamanda Avrupal\u0131 veya Rus bilginlere ve onlar\u0131n eserlerine kar\u015f\u0131 bir g\u00fcvensizlik ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Zira M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n Avrupa\u2019da haz\u0131rlanan eserlerle tan\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131ca artmaktad\u0131r. Ernest Renan gibi bilginlerin \u0130slam kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131na antitezler \u00fcretilir, Avrupa merkezcilik ele\u015ftirilir. Yine Rusya \u00f6zelinde belirtmek gerekirse 1900\u2019lerin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131ndan 1910\u2019lara gelindi\u011finde farkl\u0131 kutuplardaki ayd\u0131nlar aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkide h\u0131zl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmeler ya\u015fan\u0131r. Kendi dillerini, tarihlerini \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f y\u00f6ntemlerle ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya ba\u015flayan ayd\u0131nlar, mesela Zeki Velidi, Rus bilginleri, ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan b\u00f6lgenin diline, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne yabanc\u0131 olmakla su\u00e7lar. Tart\u0131\u015fmalar \u00f6yle bir noktaya var\u0131r ki bazen taraflar birbirlerini \u00f6n yarg\u0131l\u0131, hatta art niyetli olmakla su\u00e7larlar (s. 283-285).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mektuplar yaln\u0131zca bilgi kayna\u011f\u0131 olmakla kalmamakta, farkl\u0131 zihniyetlere sahip ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n aralar\u0131ndaki samimi ili\u015fkilerin a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na da hizmet edebilmektedir. Yak\u0131n tarihli bir makalede Gasp\u0131ral\u0131 ve Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in mektupla\u015fmas\u0131 \u00fczerinde durulur. Asl\u0131nda Gasp\u0131ral\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019e yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 mektuplar daha \u00f6nce el yaz\u0131s\u0131 h\u00e2liyle t\u0131pk\u0131 bask\u0131 olarak yay\u0131mlan\u0131r (Samoylovi\u00e7, 2000). Ancak mektuplar\u0131n el yaz\u0131s\u0131 olu\u015fu, okunup anla\u015f\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015ftirmektedir. Bu problem, mektuplardaki metinlerin dizgisinin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, ayr\u0131ca muhtevas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6nlerden yorumland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir makaleyle bertaraf edilir (Zaytsev ve Kotyukova, 2020). Bu makaleyi yazanlar\u0131n odak noktas\u0131nda \u0130hsanov\u2019un yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi s\u00f6ylem tahlili yer almaz. Bununla beraber birka\u00e7 yerde s\u00f6ylemlere dair de\u011ferlendirmeler vard\u0131r. Yazarlar Gasp\u0131ral\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bir mektubuna \u201cmuallim-\u00fcstat\u201d \u015feklinde ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerler. Onlara g\u00f6re bu hitap, Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in otoritesine yap\u0131lan bir at\u0131f olabilir (s. 523).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mektuplardan ilki Balkan Sava\u015flar\u0131 sebebiyle g\u00fcndemi me\u015fgul eden siyasi meseleler \u00fczerine de\u011ferlendirmeleri, ikincisi ise Co\u011frafya Cemiyeti taraf\u0131ndan se\u00e7ilme ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilme \u00fczerine te\u015fekk\u00fcr\u00fc ihtiva eder. Bu mektuplar 1910\u2019lar gibi zorlu bir d\u00f6nemde biri Rus ve biri T\u00fcrk, iki ayd\u0131n\u0131n aras\u0131ndaki samimiyeti g\u00f6stermesiyle \u00f6nem arz eder. Ancak konunun ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmay\u0131 bekleyen taraflar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Zira Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in Gasp\u0131ral\u0131\u2019ya yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 mektuplar\u0131n ak\u0131beti hen\u00fcz bilinmemektedir (Zaytsev ve Kotyukova, 2020, s. 516). Mektuplar\u0131n bir g\u00fcn bulunmas\u0131 ihtimal d\u00e2hilindedir. Nitekim Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in Polonyal\u0131 Tadeus Kowalski\u2019ye yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 iki mektubun yak\u0131n bir tarihte bilim camias\u0131n\u0131n dikkatine sunulmas\u0131 sonraki ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar i\u00e7in umut vadetmektedir (Ko\u0144czak, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bilginin Sa\u011flamas\u0131: Foto\u011fraflar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in meslek hayat\u0131 boyunca ilgilendi\u011fi co\u011frafyalar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkmenistan gelir. T\u00fcrkmen tarihi, dili, edebiyat\u0131 ve halk bilimi bu ilgi alan\u0131n\u0131n kapsam\u0131ndad\u0131r. Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in bu alandaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u00f6zellikle 1902, 1906-7 ve 1908\u2019deki T\u00fcrkmenistan seyahatlerinin neticeleri \u00fczerine pek \u00e7ok ara\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve yap\u0131lmaya da devam edilmektedir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n s\u00fcrmesinde birka\u00e7 etkenden s\u00f6z edilebilir. Ar\u015fivlerde bulunan yay\u0131mlanmam\u0131\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, mektuplar, not defterleri, ayr\u0131ca m\u00fcze koleksiyonlar\u0131 ve \u015fahsi ar\u015fivlerdeki foto\u011fraflar kapsaml\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma inceleme s\u00fcrecini gerektirmektedir. Son y\u0131llarda bu ba\u011flamda yol katedilmesini sa\u011flayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r (\u0130hsanov, 2018, 2022; Pri\u015fepova, 2020; Soyegov, 2021; Ikhsanov, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in T\u00fcrkmen halk bilimi ve tarihi \u00fczerine geride b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 malzemenin bir ar\u015fiv birimi olarak kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131, muhafazas\u0131 ve de\u011ferlendirmeye tabi tutulmas\u0131, farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrden malzemelere, \u00f6zellikle de foto\u011fraflar veya ses kay\u0131tlar\u0131na g\u00f6re daha kolay olmu\u015ftur. Foto\u011fraflar farkl\u0131 ar\u015fivlerde bulunmaktad\u0131r ve bunlar\u0131n bir b\u00fct\u00fcn h\u00e2linde de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hen\u00fcz yoktur. Ayr\u0131ca foto\u011fraflara dair katalog kay\u0131tlar\u0131ndaki bilgilerin kimin taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, do\u011frulu\u011fu ya da ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi hangi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yans\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmalara a\u00e7\u0131k bir konudur (Ikhsanov, 2022, s. 94). Ses kay\u0131tlar\u0131yla ilgili durum ise daha karma\u015f\u0131kt\u0131r. Ar\u015fivlerdeki ses kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n hangi ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131ya ait oldu\u011funun tam olarak belli olmamas\u0131, ayr\u0131ca kay\u0131tlardaki bozulmalar\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi tespit etmeyi zorla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 gibi durumlar s\u00f6z konusudur (\u0130hsanov, 2018, s. 39-41). Bir ba\u015fka problem ise mektup veya foto\u011fraflar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya nerede oldu\u011fu hakk\u0131nda bilgi olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Bunlar bazen ba\u015fka bilginlere ait ar\u015fiv malzemesi aras\u0131nda tesad\u00fcfen bulunmakta veya sonraki ku\u015fak akrabalar\u0131n iradesiyle g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere malzemenin tasnifi ve de\u011ferlendirilmesi hem teknik imk\u00e2ns\u0131zl\u0131klar hem de ciddi bir uzmanla\u015fma gerektirmesinden dolay\u0131 sekteye u\u011framaktad\u0131r (s. 46-48). Ancak bu zorlu u\u011fra\u015f\u0131da farkl\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n katk\u0131lar\u0131yla bir ilerleme kaydedilmektedir. \u0130hsanov\u2019un (2018) foto\u011fraflar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere ar\u015fiv malzemesini merkeze alan makalesinden sonra ayn\u0131 minvalde iki makale daha yay\u0131mlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pri\u015fepova (2020), Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in 1908\u2019deki Hive Hanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 seyahatinde izledi\u011fi g\u00fczerg\u00e2hla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalar yap\u0131lan bir makale kaleme al\u0131r. Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in seyahat raporlar\u0131na dayan\u0131larak haz\u0131rlanan makalede, yine onun taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7ekilen ve Antropoloji ve Etnografya M\u00fczesinde bulunan foto\u011fraflar \u00fczerinde de durulur. Ancak an\u0131lan makale yay\u0131mlan\u0131rken baz\u0131 foto\u011fraflar bask\u0131dan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r. Makalenin ilk \u015fekli hakk\u0131nda bilgisi olan Soyegov, bask\u0131dan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan foto\u011fraflar\u0131 k\u0131sa a\u00e7\u0131klamalarla veren bir makale yay\u0131mlar (Soyegov, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in foto\u011fraf miras\u0131yla ilgili makalelerde kayda de\u011fer bir miktarda foto\u011fraf yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r (Ikhsanov, 2022; \u0130hsanov, 2018, Pri\u015fepova, 2020; Soyegov, 2021). Bu makaleler sayesinde baz\u0131 yer, durum, g\u00f6steri veya ki\u015filer \u00fczerine foto\u011fraflarla desteklenmi\u015f doyurucu a\u00e7\u0131klamalara ula\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in foto\u011fraf miras\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fli\u011fi ilk kez vurgulanm\u0131\u015f olur. Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in akademik mesaisinde foto\u011fraflar\u0131n nas\u0131l bir vazife g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc son y\u0131llarda ele al\u0131nan konulardan biridir. \u0130hsanov\u2019un tespitlerine g\u00f6re Samoylovi\u00e7 yaln\u0131zca malzeme derleyen akademik bir u\u011fra\u015f\u0131 yerine, inceleme nesnesini tahlil eden ve do\u011frulanabilir bilgiyi hedefleyen bir yakla\u015f\u0131m benimser. Bu akademik metodu sa\u011flayabilmek birka\u00e7 \u015fart\u0131 yerine getirmeye ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6ncelikle ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan halk\u0131n dilini iyice bilmek elzemdir. Bunun haricinde bir de elde edilen bilgilerin do\u011frulanabilirli\u011fini sa\u011flamak gerekmektedir ve bu birka\u00e7 \u015fekilde yap\u0131labilmektedir. O halktan ayd\u0131n ki\u015filere m\u00fcracaat etmek do\u011fru bilgiye ula\u015fmada g\u00fcvenilir yollardan biridir zira s\u0131radan halk\u0131n aktarabilece\u011fi bilgi \u00e7o\u011fu zaman s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmaktad\u0131r. Malzeme derlenen kaynak ki\u015filer ile bilginin do\u011frulu i\u00e7in m\u00fcracaat edilen muhabirlerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda geriye ba\u015fvurulacak iki yol daha kalmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar, ses kay\u0131tlar\u0131 ve \u00f6zellikle de foto\u011fraflard\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu imk\u00e2nlardan istifade eden ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131, makalesinde veya seyahat raporlar\u0131nda bahsetti\u011fi yer, durum, olay veya ki\u015filerle ilgili daha g\u00fcvenilir bilgi aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir (Ikhsanov, 2022, s. 99, 102, 103). Ancak foto\u011fraflar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131n\u0131n kendi hassasiyetiyle \u00e7ekildi\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmemelidir. Saha ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 destekleyen kurulu\u015flar, \u00f6zellikle de m\u00fczeler taraf\u0131ndan foto\u011fraf istenir (Pri\u015fepova, 2020, s. 74). \u0130zlenen bilim metodu ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n talepleri yan\u0131nda foto\u011fraf \u00e7ekmeyi te\u015fvik eden bir saik daha s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samoylovi\u00e7 T\u00fcrkmenistan seyahatine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda b\u00f6lge \u00fczerine Avrupa\u2019da yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f az say\u0131da kaynak vard\u0131r ve Arminius V\u00e1mb\u00e9ry, Arthur Conolly, Charles Marvin, Edmund O\u2019Donovan ve Henri de Couliboeuf de Blocqueville gibi isimlere ait bu kaynaklar muhtemelen onda Avrupa men\u015feli bir \u201cDo\u011fu\u201d alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131na hizmet eder (Karaca, 2022, s. 384; Ikhsanov, 2022, s. 98). B\u00f6ylelikle b\u00f6lgedeki seyahatinde de Do\u011fu insan\u0131 ve ya\u015fay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n pe\u015fine d\u00fc\u015fer, bunlar\u0131n Rus h\u00e2kimiyeti alt\u0131nda h\u0131zl\u0131ca kaybolmakta oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr ve hem yaz\u0131l\u0131 metin hem de \u00e7ekti\u011fi foto\u011fraflar ve ses kay\u0131tlar\u0131yla \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fck atfettiklerini \u00f6l\u00fcms\u00fczle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Seyahatleri neticesinde raporlar ve makalelerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Do\u011fu \u00fczerine pop\u00fcler bir kitap da yazar ancak ele\u015ftiriler \u00fczerine kitab\u0131 yay\u0131mlamaz. \u0130lerleyen y\u0131llarda, meslek hayat\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k ilk on y\u0131l\u0131nda etkisi alt\u0131nda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 Do\u011fu aray\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan uzakla\u015fmaya ba\u015flar ve 1910\u2019larla halk bilgisini derleme ve yay\u0131mlama u\u011fra\u015f\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakarak dil ve edebiyat ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na y\u00f6nelir. Yeni d\u00f6nemde eski bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yine kendisi ele\u015ftirmektedir (Ikhsanov, 2022, s. 108, 112).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sonu\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bir literat\u00fcr de\u011ferlendirmesi olarak bu makalenin amac\u0131 Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019le ilgili Rus\u00e7a son yay\u0131nlar\u0131n tahlilini yapmak ve bunlar\u0131n alana katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek idi. Ancak makalede ula\u015f\u0131lan bulgular yaln\u0131zca Samoylovi\u00e7 \u00f6zelinde kalmam\u0131\u015f, ayr\u0131ca Rusya, T\u00fcrk cumhuriyetleri ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki T\u00fcrkl\u00fck bilimi ve bunlar aras\u0131ndaki g\u00fcncel ili\u015fkiye dair \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar yap\u0131lmas\u0131na da katk\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131klanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere T\u00fcrk cumhuriyetlerindeki ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n kapsam\u0131 kendi \u00fclkelerini ilgilendiren konularla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 tutma, ayr\u0131ca \u00f6nceki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla daha az ba\u011f kurma e\u011filiminde olduklar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bunun yan\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n Rus\u00e7a yay\u0131nlara yeterince yans\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Rusya ve T\u00fcrk cumhuriyetlerindeki T\u00fcrkl\u00fck biliminin mazisi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n baz\u0131 bak\u0131mlardan alana katk\u0131 sunma seviyesine hen\u00fcz gelip gelemedi\u011fi sorusu bu makalenin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan ancak irdelenmesi gereken bir konu olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Konu sonraki ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara muhta\u00e7 olsa da ayn\u0131 alanda, farkl\u0131 merkezlerdeki son ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n birbirinden kopuk bir \u015fekilde ilerledi\u011fine dair \u015f\u00fcpheler ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bunlarda genel olarak yeni bir bilgi, vesika veya yakla\u015f\u0131m sunulmamakta, yaln\u0131zca Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in bir konudaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131yla yetinilmektedir. Tan\u0131t\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n neler oldu\u011fu, \u00e7o\u011fu durumda ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131n\u0131n \u00fclkesiyle alakal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zbekistan veya T\u00fcrkmenistan\u2019daki bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 konusunu Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in \u00d6zbek veya T\u00fcrkmenlerle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bir \u00f6rnekle konuyu somutla\u015ft\u0131rmak gerekirse Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in masal yay\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n hepsi \u00fczerine de\u011fil, yaln\u0131zca \u00d6zbekler aras\u0131nda derledi\u011fi masallar \u00fczerine makale haz\u0131rlanmaktad\u0131r. Konunun bu \u015fekilde s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucunda Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in konuyla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc ve netice itibar\u0131yla T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131 masal ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na katk\u0131lar\u0131 inceleme s\u00fcrecinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131nda Samoylovi\u00e7\u2019in \u00f6zelde Rus T\u00fcrkl\u00fck bilimi, genelde de d\u00fcnya T\u00fcrkl\u00fck bilimindeki yeri ve \u00f6nemini tespit etmeye y\u00f6nelik bir u\u011fra\u015f\u0131 da g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmi\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bu \u015fekilde belli bir halkla ili\u015fkilendirme e\u011filimi, Orta Asya T\u00fcrk devletlerinde g\u00f6r\u00fclen mill\u00ee kimlik olu\u015fturma \u00e7abalar\u0131yla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Dil ve edebiyat, mill\u00ee kimlik in\u015fas\u0131nda \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemle durulan konulard\u0131r ve bu u\u011furda \u00fclkenin dili ile edebiyat\u0131 \u00fczerine ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n 1900\u2019lerin ba\u015f\u0131 gibi erken bir d\u00f6nemde ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ayr\u0131ca ilk ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n Samoylovi\u00e7 gibi yetkinli\u011fi kabul g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f bir isim taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulamak vazge\u00e7ilmez bir yere sahiptir.
