2.3. Sosyal \u00c7evre:<\/strong> Bireyin geli\u015fimindeki en \u00f6nemli etkenlerden birisi de, \u00e7evredir. Nitekim her toplumsal faaliyet gibi e\u011fitim de i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu \u00e7evreden do\u011frudan veya dolayl\u0131 olarak etkilenmektedir. E\u011fitim ailede ba\u015flamakla birlikte okul s\u00fcrecinde \u00e7evre merkez\u00ee bir \u00f6nem kazanmaktad\u0131r. Okulun sosyal \u00e7evresini \u201cdi\u011fer okullar, aileler, yak\u0131n \u00e7evrede ya\u015fayanlar, \u00e7e\u015fitli kurumlar ve kurulu\u015flar\u201d olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Arkada\u015f \u00e7evresinin olu\u015fmas\u0131 ve geni\u015flemesi, toplumsal ili\u015fkilerin yo\u011funla\u015fmas\u0131yla birlikte sosyal \u00e7evrenin \u00e7ocuk \u00fczerindeki etkisi giderek artmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca toplumun \u201csosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, ekonomik ve siyasi yap\u0131s\u0131, yasal d\u00fczenlemeler, bilim ve teknolojideki geli\u015fmi\u015flik seviyesi\u201d vb. etkenler okul \u00fczerinde etkilidir (Eraslan, 2020, s. 177). \u015eiirlerde \u201csosyal \u00e7evre\u201d kapsam\u0131nda iki teman\u0131n \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Asimilasyon uygulamalar\u0131 ve \u00f6tekile\u015ftirilme:<\/strong> Bulgaristan Kom\u00fcnist Partisi\u2019nin iktidara geldi\u011fi 1944\u2019ten itibaren T\u00fcrklere y\u00f6nelik planl\u0131 bir asimilasyon program\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konuldu\u011fu bilinmektedir. Bulgaristan, 1984\u2019e kadar \u201cMakedon\u201d, \u201cPomak\u201d ve \u201cRoman\u201d gibi az\u0131nl\u0131k gruplar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde asimile etmi\u015f ve \u00fclkedeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck n\u00fcfusa sahip olan T\u00fcrk az\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 da din ve dil \u00f6zelinde sert asimilasyonist stratejiler izlemi\u015ftir. \u00d6ncelikle T\u00fcrk okullar\u0131 Bulgar okullar\u0131 ile birle\u015ftirilmi\u015f, okullardan T\u00fcrk\u00e7e dersleri kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, T\u00fcrk \u00f6rf ve \u00e2detlerine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e2deta topyek\u00fbn bir sava\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Din\u00ee e\u011fitim engellenmi\u015f, camiler ve medreseler kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z\u00fc edilen tarihte \u201cYeniden Do\u011fu\u015f S\u00fcreci (v\u0131zroditelenprotses)\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir program uygulanmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu zorlu s\u00fcre\u00e7te T\u00fcrklerin Bulgarlar\u0131n soyundan geldi\u011fi iddia edilmi\u015f ve bu tezin de bilimsel olarak kan\u0131tland\u0131\u011f\u0131 propagandas\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde; T\u00fcrklerin isimleri de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015f, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e konu\u015fmak, s\u00fcnnet, cenazelerin \u0130slami usullere g\u00f6re defni, k\u0131sacas\u0131 T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve T\u00fcrk kimli\u011fini yans\u0131tan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc gelenek ve g\u00f6renek, din\u00ee pratikler yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu yasaklara direnenler, \u015fiddetle cezaland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak bu asimilasyon politikalar\u0131n\u0131n aksine, T\u00fcrk kimli\u011fi daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lenmi\u015ftir (Demirhan, 2019, s. 341). \u2022 G\u00f6\u00e7 ve g\u00f6\u00e7menlik psikolojisi:<\/strong> Zorunlu g\u00f6\u00e7; fiziksel \u00e7evreyi de\u011fi\u015ftirmenin \u00e7ok \u00f6tesinde yeni bir sembol, s\u00f6ylem, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00fczen de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve sosyo-psi\u015fik paradigma de\u011fi\u015fimini temsil etmekte ve ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ok zor bir travma, depresyon ve sendrom olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere \u201csava\u015f, siyasi \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar, siyasi bask\u0131lar, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, yok sayma, sosyal e\u015fitsizlik ve yoksulluk\u201d vb. bir\u00e7ok etken, insanlar\u0131n g\u00f6\u00e7 etmelerine yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. G\u00f6\u00e7, \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in daha zor bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. UNICEF\u2019in 2016 verilerine g\u00f6re, g\u00f6\u00e7 eden pop\u00fclasyonun yar\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ocuklardan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r (Aydo\u011fmu\u015f \u00d6rdem, 2020a, s. 103-105). \u015eiirlerde, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6\u00e7menlik psikolojisini ve ya\u015fanan olumsuz deneyimleri yans\u0131tan dizeler \u015f\u00f6yledir: \u201cK\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmencik bir \u00e7ocuktum,\/Dokuz, on ya\u015flar\u0131nda\/Ya vard\u0131m, ya yoktum.\/Bir sabah bir homurtuyla uyand\u0131k,\/Tutup \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131lar evimizden.\/Dedem dedi: \u201cYand\u0131k, yand\u0131k!\u201d\/Patates \u00e7uvallar\u0131 gibi bir kamyona\/ Bir bavulla att\u0131lar bizi,\/ \u201cGezi! Kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131, pek \u00e7ok alanda hayat\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken bilin\u00e7siz kullan\u0131m dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7e\u015fitli olumsuzluklara da yol a\u00e7abilmektedir. 3. Sonu\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c7ocuk, ku\u015faklar aras\u0131 \u00f6zel bir konumdad\u0131r ve sosyal bir gruptur. \u00c7ocuk ancak sosyal ger\u00e7eklik olgusu \u00fczerinden anla\u015f\u0131labilir ve di\u011fer sosyal gruplarla olan ili\u015fkileri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde de\u011ferlendirilebilir. Bu noktada \u00e7ocuk, toplumsal ili\u015fkilerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesinde anahtar role sahiptir. \u00c7ocuk, gelece\u011fin de\u011fil bug\u00fcn\u00fcn bireyidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
